Bonjour guys! how many of you are out of option when it came to breakfast and want something apart from our traditional ones Poha, Upma, Dosa Idli etc. Today we will prepare an awesome quick crispy recipe with minimal ingredients.
So, without wasting time lets start & see what we need.
Ingredients:-
- 4 slices Bread ( Brown, whole wheat or white according to your convenience).
- 2 spoons butter at room temperature.
- 4 peeled garlic cloves.
- 2 Cheese slices.
- pinch salt & chilli powder.
Recipe:-
- To begin with, First put butter in a bowl & then add a pinch of salt and chilli powder in it
- Take peeled garlic cloves and grate it nicely put it in the bowl. Beat or mash the butter with all the ingredients with a spoon nicely so that it becomes very soft.
- Now take 2 Bread slices, put the but butter on both the sides of the bread and same with other bread and place 1 cheese slice on 1 bread and cover the same with another bread slice.
- On the gas & place pan or Tawa on it. Put bread cheese slice on top of the pan in low flame.
- Grill from one side and turn the bread on another side.
- Once it is grilled till golden brown. Take it one plate & either into triangle shape or square.
- Repeat the same process with another 2 Bread &1 cheese slice.
- Your Cheesy Garlic Bread Sticks are ready.
Enjoy this breakfast with a sip of tea or coffee.
Note* - This recipe is made for 2 bread sandwich, a number of ingredients can be increased according to the need.
